the pool was closed, but no one cared to inform me upon check-in. my room, oh boy, was dirty with wrappers everywhere. i simply cannot fathom why i didn’t receive a complimentary upgrade considering all the inconveniences. i was almost ready to leave a glowing review, but alas, reality prevented that!

Here’s the good and the not-so-good

Fluffy towels and a decent breakfast with various juices, muffins, and a waffle maker! I appreciated the mini fridge in the room! !

No pool as advertised. it’s just a storage area now. The overall cleanliness of the grounds needs serious attention.

To top it off, the premises were unkempt, with trash littering the grounds and a total lack of staff available at night to address concerns.

Just a prime choice for a cursory stop in Motley with good value for money. The AC worked well in our room, which was a relief. Bring your own breakfast snacks for a better start to your day.

No matter how quiet the hall might be, I could hear everything going on in the neighboring rooms, adding to the overall disruption.

I stayed in a Standard Double Room for one night. The bed was decent, and the room was surprisingly clean. I appreciated the large, fluffy bathroom towels, not the scratchy ones you usually get. The breakfast spread was okay, with juices and muffins, but could’ve used some oatmeal. Also, there were Bibles in the lobby, which was a nice touch. Just wish the pool hadn’t been out of order. Having it advertised like that was misleading.
